  • RAINN – The Rape, Abuse & Incest National Network. They are the largest anti-sexual violence organization in the nation, providing resources, information, and more. A 24/7 hotline is available on their homepage.

 

  • DoD Safe Helpline – Created for members in the Department of Defense. You can locate help for your specific military branch, assistance for retaliation, survivor support, a 24/7 hotline, and more.

 

  • Suicide and Crisis Lifeline – Formerly known as the National Suicide Prevention Hotline, this organization provides national suicide crisis and emotional distress support 24/7. Dial 9-8-8.

 

  • NSVRC – The National Sexual Violence Resource Center. Provides research and tools to survivors and advocates.

 

  • Psychologist Locator – The American Psychological Association developed this simple tool to find a psychologist in your local area. 

Holistic Healing

  • The Breathe Network – From yoga to acupuncture and more, The Breathe Network is designed for those seeking holistic healing. They specifically tailor to sexual trauma survivors, and follow trauma-informed care guidelines.

  • It’s On Us – The leading non-profit organization containing campus resources, information and opportunities for students to get involved.

  • me too. Movement – Widely known from the viral 2017 #metoo hashtag, this organization is still fighting to raise awareness and offer resources to survivors. They value inclusivity and multiple healing avenues to best suit survivor needs.
