I created this trauma-informed meditation for survivors of sexual trauma, meaning it’s crafted with care to support your unique healing journey. This means I offer choice and options so you experience deeper comfort and release. I welcome you to arrive just as you are – there is no need to do this perfectly.
Who Created This Meditation?
The inspiration for this body scan arose from my own sexual trauma healing journey, often doing this quietly to myself after yoga practices. This meditation first came to light during my yoga teacher training, and it’s remained my most popular guided meditation to date. I welcome you to learn more about my story and who I serve here.
