I'm Laura, your healing yoga teacher.

Hi, Yogis! I'm Laura Hynes, a trauma-informed yoga teacher devoted to empowering sexual trauma survivors through yoga. As a survivor, I understand the struggles we face, the hurt we hide, and the hidden victories we achieve.

I didn't know how impactful a consistent yoga practice could be until four years after my assault. I learned how to release tension, work through parts of my trauma I couldn't verbalize, and developed an inner resource I can use anywhere.

I created the Chamomile Yoga Studio to be a powerful additional healing avenue in your journey. As survivors, I believe we are stronger together, and you deserve to heal in a way that empowers you.
