I’m Laura, and I offer yoga that puts you in full control of your practice to soften and release stored tension after sexual trauma.

This is my passion because I faced discomfort in my body for years after my sexual trauma. 

I had tension in my body I couldn’t explain and thought this was my new normal. It wasn’t until I practiced yoga consistently did I experience my first trauma release – except I had no clue what had happened to me.

I collapsed on my mat in tears, wondering why I was crying when I didn’t feel sad. Instead, it was like a thousand pound weight lifted off of me. I couldn’t explain it, but I knew the release was tied to my trauma. I could breathe easier, stood taller, and felt a sense of freedom and lightness in my chest.

After some research, I learned I experienced my first trauma release.

After my first release in 2020, I went on a journey to learn more about the connection between our minds and bodies, became certified to teach trauma-informed yoga, and made it my mission to give you what I never had: a gentle, compassionate yoga series that caters to sexual trauma release.

I’m here to give you the culmination of my healing journey and trainings so you have a series that honors sexual trauma specifically – because I don’t believe every trauma is the same.

And when we practice together, it sends a powerful message: you are not alone, and you are worthy of rest and support.

Absolutely. The classes are suitable for all experience levels. There are no props required and there are no standing postures.

I believe that your timeline is the best timeline. Because of this, you’ll have lifetime access.

These are twenty minute classes with an optional daily 15-minute meditation. If you include the journaling prompts as part of your practice, it will depend on the time you invest in your answers.

Everything you receive will be through the online studio. You’ll be able to explore the classes through mobile, tablet, and desktop.
