embody and bloom membership

A gentle, trauma-informed, somatic healing membership for women ready to heal, rest, and restore their nervous systems after sexual trauma.

So many survivors of sexual trauma wish to feel safe, supported and at home in their bodies.

Especially sensitive, feminine survivors of sexual trauma. This gentle group may know what it’s like to…

  • Feel armored or frozen, unsure how to release stuck emotional and physical tension.
  • Crave gentle, sustainable healing instead of quick fixes or pressure to “move on.”
  • Yearn for a space where their pace, privacy, and creative essence are honored.
  • Desire to reconnect with their body, voice, and the rhythms of nature.

If these feelings resonate, you are not alone. Healing is possible at your own pace, in your own way.

Welcome,

I'm Laura

certified in trauma-informed yoga, somatic healing, and a sensitive survivor at heart.

I know what it’s like to feel guarded, frozen, and disconnected after sexual trauma. For years, I tried to push down my emotions and busy myself with productivity, but it only left me more exhausted, isolated, and frustrated.

It wasn’t until I discovered how powerful it was to stop rushing and start unfolding. I released my armor, embraced softness, and allowed more rest than I thought possible.

Body based movement like yoga and somatic healing taught me that our strength is in our vulnerability and we can find peace in gentleness instead of output.

I created Embody and Bloom for sensitive, creative women who deserve a healing space that honors boundaries, privacy, and the unique pace of healing.

In this space, you’ll find gentle practices, guides, support, and the freedom to explore at a pace that feels supportive to you.

I’m honored to be a part of your journey.

If You’re Wondering What Might Shift…

Healing is much less about fixing, correcting, or perfecting, and much more about listening, softening, and honoring your unique pace.

Inside Embody and Bloom, you’ll find space to:

Release your armor (even if just a little), and find moments to let go and release.

Explore gentle movement and somatic practices that create safety and comfort within your body.

Discover that rest is more powerful than hustle, and that your softness is your strength.

✦ Reclaim your voice, intuition, and deep inner wisdom.

✦ Navigate healing at your own pace with no pressure to perform or share more than you choose.

Reclaiming your voice doesn't require being the loudest in the room. In fact, many of the women I speak with are more quiet, reserved, and private.

They feel a sense of relief when they embody that wherever they are today is perfect, and how these gentle teachings give them space to finally feel comfortable enough to tune in, even if for a moment.

You might notice, over time, that tension begins to soften.

That you feel a little more grounded, a little more at home in yourself.

That you’re able to meet yourself with more grace, and maybe even curiosity or creativity.

This is not about becoming someone new.

It’s about remembering who you are beneath the armor: gentle, wise, and worthy of a life led by intuition and softness.

If you’re longing for a space where you can heal quietly, privately, and in your own way, you are so welcome here.

Gentle Questions & Honest Answers

I understand. Life can feel overwhelming, especially when you’re healing. That’s why Embody and Bloom is designed for you to move at your own pace. There’s never any pressure to do everything and even a few minutes of gentle practice is enough to notice a shift. You’re welcome to come and go as you need.

That’s an honest concern, and many women who have tried other approaches felt they were too fast, promised unrealistic results, or felt generic. Here, you’ll find a space that honors your boundaries, privacy, and unique pace. Healing isn’t linear, and sometimes a gentle, invitational approach makes all the difference.

This is such a valid feeling. You are always in control of your healing journey in this space. Every practice in Embody and Bloom is invitational, meaning you never have to explore anything you’re not ready to.

Trauma-informed yoga and somatic healing honor your boundaries and your pace. You’ll learn gentle ways to listen to your body, release only what feels safe, and build trust with yourself in your unique way.

These are also body-based practices so you can still find regulation, release, and integration with our ever speaking a word about your trauma.

You never have to share, push, or revisit anything before you’re ready. Your safety, privacy, and choices are always priority.

Yes, there are lots of wonderful free resources out there. What makes Embody and Bloom different is the trauma-informed, nature-inspired approach, the gentle structure, and the ongoing support.

You’re not just getting classes, but you’re entering a space designed for sensitive, creative survivors, with exclusive access to additional courses, classes, and resources not available on these free platforms.

The membership is also hosted in a contained, private platform free of ads, popups, upsells, or constant outreach. This is a quiet, gentle space that honors your energy and nervous system.

Financial accessibility matters, and that’s why I offer a free 7-day trial so you can experience the space before committing. If you’d like more support, please reach out. Sometimes I have special offers within the community or sliding scale options.

No worries! You’re always in control of your healing journey. There’s no rush, and you’re welcome to join only when it feels right for you. Even if you just want to receive the newsletter or explore my free resources, you’re welcome here exactly as you are.
